Zdravo,

prosim za pomoč, C-max, letnik 2010, 1.6tdci, 109hp, puščalo olje (zelo malo), olje je črno, se pravi je motorno olje, mehanik zamenjal semering na glavni gredi+zamenjan vztrajnik+ komplet sklopka z potisnim ležajem+ zamenjano tesnilo karterja+ čep, 2 meseca po zamenjavi ponovno pušča olje na istem mestu,ponovno zelo mala količina olja, eni so mi rekli, poroznost glavne gredi, da pušča olje, sem preveril pri kolegu, ki dela na ford servisu, mi je rekel da ne, da nikoli niso imeli kej v zvezi z poroznostjo glavne gredi, je rekel, ali je pri sestavljanju obrnilo semering in se ni vsedel tako kot je treba, drugo, da menjalnik ni sestavljen tako kot je treba nazaj, da so vijaki pretegnjeni pa pušča, bi prosil za pomoč, če bi kdo vedel v čem bi še lahko bil problem??

Update:

Olje je po nekaj dneh nehalo puščati, sedaj je vse ok, olja ni več na tleh.

,sprva nisem točno lociral, kje točno teče olje, kasneje sem našel, da mi je točno na šelni spuščalo olje, kjer gre cev na turbino, zaradi preperelosti gume.

Zelo pogosta napaka na 1.6tdci motorju. Sam sem cev moral zamenjat 2x. Prvič original (200€!!), po cca 80k km pa sem dal neoriginal (glede na to da tudi original tako hitro odpove).
Meni je v obeh primerih počila na spodnji strani - treba je biti pozoren na morebitno olje okrog turbine.

Prvič sem imel smolo in je en košček gume posesalo v kompresorski del tubine zaradi česa sem moral po cca 20k km obnoviti turbino (začela piskati-poskodovane lopatice), v drugo je bila turbina ok.

V primeru da imate počeno cev, se vam lahko zgodi, da vam avto ob regeneraciji DPFja začne cukati, zgubljati moč, čudno piskati (brez kakih "engine" lučk). V tem primeru sem avto ustavil, ugasnil, ponovno zagnal in je bilo ok, tudi regeneracija se potem normalno izvede. Ampak to je samo začasna rešitev. Napako je potrebno čim prej odpravit.

Zdravo,
zdej takole, cev sem prvič menjal, približujem se 190000, turbina sicer piska ampak spet občasno, olja je bilo preveč, ker sem ga dolival, piska samo nekje do 2000 obratov potem neha, pa še to ne vsakič, kako si pa vedel glede menjave turbine, da ti je lopatice poškodovalo, ti je avto zgubil moč, pri meni tega ni, avto vleče normalno, dpf in egr in tekočina za dpf odstranjena programsko, dpf še odstranjen fizično.

Ko sem snel cev pred turbino se vidi lopatice kompresorja in tam sem opazil, da so vrhovi lopatic poškodovani.
Izgube moči nisem zaznal, ni bilo napak.
Ko je turbina toliko poškodovana, da jo je priporočljivo popravit zelo konkretno piska in ni nobenega dvoma a je ok ali ne. :)

Če nimaš DPFja verjetno ni tako kritično, v nasprotnem primeru imaš lahko kot posledico okvarjene turbine še zabit DPF.

Ne, še daleč od tega, kar je na posnetku, enkrat smo gledal, ima zelo malo "lufta", sej pravim, odkar sem ven vrgel dpf, avto boljše "diha".
Bom se še verjetno še vozil tako naprej.
